VINYASA FLOW
A dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breathing with movements and works on the physical and energetic body. It allows you to gain flexibility and strength simultaneously, it helps develop balance and agility by strengthening the whole body, it improves concentration and self-awareness .

PREGNANCY YOGA
This lesson is a special space for pregnant women. A practice that helps the body and mind to prepare for childbirth during gestation and mothers to deeply connect with the creature in her womb. Through asanas, guided meditations, exercises for the perineum and pelvic floor, moments of relaxation, this lesson gently accompanies you towards a conscious conception.

YOGA REBALANCING
A slow but at the same time intense yoga practice: during the class we get to enter into the postures and stay there to feel them deep inside, going into the details of the body and mind as we practise. This practice is perfect for everyone: a very regenerative lesson.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
The restorative yoga class is dedicated to those who love to take their own space, who desire to stop the mind and listen to their inner aspects more. It is a meditative and very relaxing practice that allows you to calm your mind, balance the nervous system and thanks to a profound innerwork it allows the body to be freed from physical or emotional tension.

HATHA YOGA PROPS
Through the use of supports such as pillows, blankets and blocks, this practice is able to stimulate and train the muscles of the body and allows you to reach the benefits of asanas using these yoga props. It is an ideal yoga practice for those who are starting to approach the world of yoga and are looking for a lesson in which the asanas are kept longer and gradually achieved.

ODAKA YOGA
Odaka Yoga encompasses Bushido (the way of the warrior), Zen and yoga and is based on the biomechanical movements of the body that are reproduced between one position and another, in a sequence that becomes very fluid and harmonious. The body thus merges with itself and finds balance not only in concentration combined with practice, but also in emotion, as well as in strength.
The benefits are due precisely to these biomechanical movements that allow the body to reach the various positions in a more natural way, without stressing the joints, a bit as if we were helping them to relax.

PILATES
Pilates is a type of strength training that focuses on improving your posture by strengthening the deep stabiliser muscles of the body.
You use the breath to help facilitate the movements and engage those deep stabiliser muscles like the core and because it's a low-impact workout it's gentler on your joints.
Practicing precise, controlled movements helps improve posture, enhance core strength, improve muscle balance and flexibility, which can all lead to better overall performance and quality of life.

POST-NATAL YOGA
Yoga after childbirth is recommended to gently promote the recovery of strength and tone in a safe and effective way. Breathing exercises help relax the nervous system and balance the endocrine system. Specific exercises are carried out to strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominals, legs and back and to release mental and physical tensions.

YIN & YANG MANDALA YOGA
Yin-Yang Yoga is a practice that arises from the integration between Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and it is inspired by the Taoist concept of Yin and Yang. The right balance between opposite and complementary forces of nature: yin sweetness and yang strength, the feminine and the masculine, calm and action. A mix of yoga practices that create harmony in body and mind. They combine deep stretches in the connective tissues (yin) and conscious fluidity between breath and movement (vinyasa yoga)

YIN YOGA
Yin yoga works on the deep connective tissues of the body - ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. The positions are kept for several minutes and it is a practice that allows deep work at the level of the superficial and deep fascia, while offering great mental and emotional benefits.

PARINAMA - YOGA WALL
Through the use of ropes, tools and instruments, asanas can be achieved precisely and correctly, allowing the posture to be safely taken to its maximum limit. Parinama Yoga teaches that there are no limits, if there is perseverance in what one does! One must reach one's personal limit, which only we know, and go a little further to improve.

YOGA NIDRA
Yoga nidra is an ancient relaxation technique that promotes deep relaxation and rest. Despite its name, yoga nidra isn't about performing physical yoga postures. Instead, it's a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, your body is completely relaxed and your mind hovers on the edge of consciusness, allowing you to experience a profound sense of calm and stillness.

POSTURAL
Postural gymnastics is a set of exercises aimed at restoring muscle balance: in particular, it is a series of movements based on the improvement of posture and the ability to control the body.
The exercises can have both a therapeutic and a preventive function and their purpose is to re-educate the human body to perform the movements correctly and to assume the right postures in everyday life.

YOGA BOOTY BARRE
Yoga Booty Barre is a fusion of Ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. It focuses on using body weight as resistance and tests your core stability and strength, and even your co-ordination.
The Barre technique helps strengthen and stretch muscles, contributing to the development of a ballerina's body. Due to its low impact nature, it can also be an effective form of rehabilitation.
Classes are set to music making them fun and with a slight cardio element, and often incorporate the use of equipment such as small weights, yoga blocks, pilates balls or elastic bands.

ROCKET YOGA
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fun approach to the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. It was born in San Francisco in 1980 thanks to Larry Schultz, a student of Pattabhi Jois. Rocket Yoga is a continuous and fast flow that focuses on stretching, strength, balance and relaxation postures, supported by Ujjayi Pranayama breathing. At the end of the practice the body is purified and the mind is lighter.
