Family Yoga with mum or / or dad

Family Yoga consists of moments  di  conscious, fun and pleasant game to do with your family through games, short stories, Yoga position and forms of relaxation, children and adults interact with the ancient discipline of Yoga. Children, with mum and dad, will thus learn a recognize yoga as a wonderful tool for self-education and integration between body and mind, essential for healthy growth.

The practice of Yoga is taught to children by playing and having fun, it is not limited to the teaching of yoga positions only but it is transmitted through the sharing of the group universal and fundamental values such as non-violence, respect for oneself and for others, self-control, awareness of emotions, cooperation.
