Yoga Family

Family Yoga consists of moments of conscious, fun and enjoyable play to do with your family through games, short stories, Yoga positions and forms of relaxation; children and adults interact with the ancient discipline of Yoga. Children, with mum and dad, will thus learn to recognize yoga as a wonderful tool for self-education and integration between body and mind, essential for healthy growth.
