Pre-birth accompanying path to birth for expectant mothers and parents

PROGRAM:

1st meeting:   Labor and delivery: the pain that protects, strategies, positions, massages and use of the voice. What resources does the woman's body possess? Let's talk about hormones, what can simplify and help open the woman.

2nd meeting: Labor and delivery: the stages of labor and how to recognize them, operators involved, expected and unexpected obstetric procedures.

3rd meeting: Our desires and our needs for the birth, the choice of the place, eventual unforeseen events and the caesarean section. Childbirth plan, what is it we see an example. What is the perineum: experimentation in various positions.

4th meeting:   Post-partum, arrival at home, new rhythms and baby care, sleep / wake rhythms. What changes in the couple? Becoming parents together: resources and strategies

5th meeting: Breastfeeding: anatomy and physiology, baby's skills, positions and recommendations.
