The circle of women - meetings in the post-partum period

After giving birth there is a great need to take moments for oneself and Yoga can be of support on this, but there are also many questions and new experiences to face.

These meetings are a valid support for mothers, to inform them, to be together with other mothers and babies and to share their curiosities, doubts or perplexities.

1st meeting

Breastfeeding, a fundamental nourishment for the baby. The different modalities, needs, requests.

2nd meeting
