E_A_S_Y Dance Practice - new course - trial lessons

E_a_s_y Dance Practice consists of a 60-minute training aimed at people aged 16 and over without the necessary previous experience in movement or dance. The practice offers the possibility to train power, energy and flexibility, to stimulate and increase the sensitivity of one's body, to explore different qualities of movement, to abandon oneself to one's imagination, to play and to what surrounds us. Connecting to the sensations of pleasure and ease of movement, whatever the intensity and energy demand, facilitates its execution, helps to release the energy contained within us and to break down the physical and mental resistances that hinder its free flow . Working with your imagination, abandoning yourself and opening yourself up to what comes from listening to your body allows you to lighten it, activate it and make it even more available and efficient.
